Sharks Season is right around the corner! Next Tuesday April 1^st is the start of our season. We are so excited to have everyone out on the pool deck this season. Lots of new info about Team Clothing Store, Registration, Parent Meeting, Personalized Swim Caps, and Board Meeting!

Team Clothing Store is now open! You can order your Sharks gear from right now until April 6^th. This link will take you right to the store or visit our website and click Team Store. Sunrise Sharks – Apparel Store

Looking for a personalized swim cap! These are made of silicone so they do not pull on hair like the latex caps do. They are $25 each and you can use this QR code or link to order Personalized Swim Cap.

Our Parent Meeting this year will be the night before our first practice. The meeting is on March 31^st at 6:30 pm in the Patio Room at Rusch Park. For those of you who are new that is the room that you can see through the fence when you are at the pool.

Reminder that this is the last week to beat the rush! All swimmers must have completed registration before they will be allowed in the water on April 1^st for the first practice. Emails will be going out this week if you are missing any part of your registration and with instructions on how to complete.

Need info on completing registration:

Online:

• Sharks Website: 2025 Swimmer Registration.
• SRPD: Sign up for SRPD for Non-High School Swimmers
• NCSL: Complete your NCSL Registration.

Online Registration Tips:

• Multi Shark Discount: Register all your sharks at once on SRPD to snag that multi-swimmer discount. But if you have a new swimmer who will be trying out to be on the sharks, please hold off on registering until after that try out to ensure you get that discount.
• High School Swimmers: Teenage Sharks who are already part of a High School team can register on SRPD as a "High School Swimmer" for a discounted fee. They will be able to join practice on May 5th.

In person Registration:

• Sharks Board members will be at the Shark Tank to accept fees during the Competitive Stroke Clinic (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM in March) and new swimmer tryouts.
• Please bring a check for your Volunteer Deposit ($300), and either another check or a credit card for your Fundraising Fee ($40 per family) and Picture Fee ($10 per swimmer). If you have a new swimmer please also make sure to bring a copy of swimmers birth certificate or passport. Or you can email a copy of their birth certificate or passport to [email protected].

Sharks Board Meeting is this Thursday March 27^th at 6:30 pm in Rusch Room 1 and our next board meeting is Thursday April 10^th at 6:30 pm in Rusch Room 1 as well.
